"My work, while exploring the geometric relationships of common items in our environment, provides a glimpse of an altered reality. A photo of a water lily, although pleasant, has been seen so often that it is merely a common icon. The same exquisite water lily, naturally precise, becomes a radiant mandala with great depth and multiple focal points of symmetry when kaleidoscopically transformed.”
